Large-format 5-axis machining for moulds, tooling and custom parts.

We machine moulds, tooling, custom parts and one-off architectural components from EPS, tooling board, MDF, hardwood and other machinable materials. We can work from your existing CAD model or help prepare one for manufacturing. Simultaneous five-axis machining, from a single block to a finished part.

01 — Capabilities

A five-axis gantry CNC mill built for things that don't fit anywhere else.

Material arrives by the pallet and leaves as complex compound curves. Our gantry machine uses a two-axis rotary head enabling full five-axis machining over a bed sized for large foundry patterns, full-height wall panels and other large custom parts — work that most three-axis shops have to turn down.

02 — Services

Four things we do properly.

(01)

5-axis CNC machining

Simultaneous five-axis machining of sculpted, undercut and compound-curved geometry. Large moulds, tooling, master patterns and custom parts, machined from your CAD model or prepared for manufacture from a drawing or a photo with dimensions.

Simultaneous 5-axisLarge formatCAM
(02)

Mould & pattern making

EPS and PU tooling-board masters for composites, vacuum forming and foundry work. Machined in stages, seam-matched, sanded and sealed to a stable surface your laminators can work straight off.

(03)

CAD model preparation

Send us your CAD model, drawing or a photo with dimensions. We can work directly from your existing model or help prepare and adapt one for machining, including workholding when needed.

Prototyping & small series

One-offs and short runs, from a single custom part to a matched set of curved panels. Sanded, sealed and ready for installation, finishing or moulding, with delivery available where practical.

05 — Process

From a file or a sketch to a finished part.

No black boxes. You get a dedicated contact person, a written price and photos at every stage — including the ones that show the mess.

01

Brief & review

Send a CAD model, drawing or a photo with dimensions. We check feasibility, review the geometry, plan workholding and determine the machining approach.

02

Quote & CAM

You receive a fixed written quote in euros, based on machining time and the overall requirements of the job, with machining rates from €100/hour. Toolpaths and machining strategy are prepared in CAM before machining begins.

03

Machining

Parts are machined in roughing, semi-finishing and finishing stages. Large parts can be machined in multiple sections or setups, with each stage accurately aligned to the same reference.

04

Finishing

Parts can be sanded and filled where needed, then sealed or primed. Wood parts can also be sanded to the required surface quality.

05

Delivery

Collection from the workshop in Paluknys, or delivery across Lithuania, the Baltics and the rest of Europe by arrangement.

06 — Pricing

Machine time from €100 per hour.

€100/ hour, from

Quoted per job, so you know the number before we start. Machining is billed by the hour; materials, CAD work and finishing are listed separately.

  • Machine time — from €100/hour, on the five-axis gantry. Roughing, finishing, tool changes and setting up are all included in the quoted time.
  • Materials — EPS, PU tooling board, MDF, hardwood and other machinable materials are billed at cost, with the required material size confirmed in the quote.
  • CAD work — CAD model preparation and programming quoted separately, usually €100/hour from.
  • Finishing — sanding, filling, sealing and priming are quoted separately as part of the overall project price.
Not sure what your part will cost? Send the CAD or a photo with a few dimensions and we'll come back with a written price and a realistic lead time — usually within one working day.
07 — Contact

Send us the part you can't get made.
